Theme day: Research tools for health researchers

To ease the transition into research for medical residents or other health personnel with minimal research experience, CopenAge hosts a semi-annual theme day on research tools in health research. Health personnel will be introduced to basic research and project management tools within the health sciences such as

• The road to being a researcher
• Hypotheses and choice of method
• Accessing databases and finding literature
• Microsoft Word and reference-management
• Responsible research
• Microsoft Excel and basic statistics
• Constructing an article, abstract or poster
